Fifty years of creating clay art, I disagree that there is nothing new under the sun. Creative possibilities are countless. The fertile mix of tradition, innovation, and mystery have led me down many paths. My recent forest-inspired work has been for the anagama. The year's quarantine has led me to find joy making bright, colorful "peppers" for jewelry, coat racks, and cabinet knobs.
I live in Corvallis, OR and teach ceramics at LBCC. Text or call me if interested in any work.
