My name is Samantha Norha, I am a ceramic artist born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. My childhood was heavily spent in the northern outdoors and my passion for travel has led my ceramic career around the nation and internationally, eventually leading me to settle in Portland, OR.

I have always been euphorically captured by nature around me wether it a silent snow falling ski trail, a fern kissed path serenaded by the pitter patter of rain, or the crashing symphony of the ocean. My round puffy altered wheel-thrown forms are made with a unique variety of clay, glazes, and firing techniques with the intention that they fit well in the hands enticing the viewer to hold for every day use but also continuously exploring the work itself.
