ARTIST STATEMENT

My name is Ken Hashagen, and I have been a Portland Oregon glass artist for more than 20 years. My passion for glass art started when I was working for a local glass manufacturer, Uroboros Glass. I also took classes at a another local studio, called Rose's Glass Works, learning the process of kiln formed glass. I have sold glass art around the Northwest at various events. I find glass to be a wonderful medium with which to work and enjoy the diverse ways of turning it into art.
