Vibrant Sky Glassworks
The Pacific NW has always been my home and my artistic inspiration comes from observing the colors of nature and pursuing the elusive vibrant sky. I first became captivated with glass at the age of 17 when I viewed the stained glass windows at the cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris.
My glass journey began when I took my first stained glass class in 1990 and classes in fusing glass and torch work in 2004. I have taken classes from many inspiring instructors, however I consider my glassmaking an ongoing aspiration, discovering new techniques to learn and explore. I love the transformation that takes place from setting a cold piece of glass in the kiln and with heat, forming an artistic creation.
Although I greatly enjoy marketing my work in person, my online Etsy site has the advantage of being viewed at your convenience and by more people.
