There is a story I tell to myself about my muse who lives in a forrest cottage by the sea. She and I resonate deeply to the cellular shapes and textures we find in the lichens, branches and barks of the trees and stones we see on our walk through the forrest. We love to look at pictures of microscopic sea creatures and we collect shells and rocks carved by the sea. The gemmy colors of our wild garden viewed over morning coffee energize our coming day. It’s a world outside of time. Past present and future are connected. This is what you will see translated as jewelry in my work of hand fabricating silver, attaching stones, gems and fossils, filling hollow forms of textured sterling with intentions of love, energy and protection. Earthy, untamed, one of a kind.
