The Guild of Oregon Woodworkers is a 501-c3 non-profit organization dedicated to education and community service. A popular activity is Project Build where a group of members gather weekly in the Guild’s shop to build products for sale or for donation to worthy causes. This is not only a productive activity but also a great learning opportunity where members can learn from each other. Once a project is selected, detailed design diagrams are made, an efficient workflow is developed, and individuals are assigned specific tasks from start to finish.
